Faba bean variety Giza 843 was grown at the Agricultural Research Station, Alexandria University, Egypt, during 200012001 and 200112002 winter seasons under three tillage systems [conventional (Tc), minimum (Tm) and no-tillage (Tn)}, three chemical phosphorus fertifization rates [10.0 (P1), 17.5 (P2) and 25.0 (P3) kg P:2O5/fed) and two levels of phosphorinapplication [with (B) or without (80) phosphorln). A split-split plot experimental design (three replicates) was used in both seasons.
