Trarofer and delivery ofthe mL'(ed animal feed to feedlots may be causes the dtlJiculty of achieving distributed recommended ratios olteed mixing operation. Some ofthe interactions between the components ma)' occur after leaving period which may cause rot and damage to thefeed materials. Grinded (concentrated) animalfeed is difficult to add direct(v in the form ofpowder separatel)'. Preferably mixed them with roughagematerials andaddingfeedmaterialsblendedautomatically. Toobtain the mentioned aim, locally manufactured machine achieved mixing and adding at the same time with recommended ratios obtaining a little bit losses offeed materials. To peiformance and evaluation ofnew machine, experimented in the animal farm at the three different testedfactors. Four forward speeds (Fs/ = 1.2) & (FS2 =2.2) & (FsJ = 3.1) & (Fs.J = 4.2) km/h., Four opening hopper gate ratios (roughage feed material gate: concentratedfeed material gate) (G/ = 1:1) & (G2 = 1:2) & (GJ ~ 1:3) & (G.J = 1:-1) and three Revolution ratios (Mixing auger revolution: stirring shaft revolution) (R1 = /:/) &( R2 = 1:2) &( R3 = /:3). The animalfeed adding rate as kg to one longitudinal meter of feedlot (kg/m), mixing quality of animal feed materials were measured The obtainedresults showedthat, the newmachineworksproperly atlowestforward speed (Fs/ = 1.2 km/h) with deferent other treatments under study, but the optimal quantity offeedadditives by machine /6 kg/m achievedwith (R2 = 1:2), also new machine had highest efficiency ofanimalfeed mixing process quality with all treatments under study specially with (GJ = /:3)
