A total of 50 samples of ice-cream were collected from different shops which have ice-cream machine at Giza governorate and subjected to bacteriological examination, the mean values of the Coliform (MPN/g) and Enterobacteriaceae count were 1.98xl03± 0.5xl03 and 1.5xl04 ±O.34x 104, respectively, E. coli could be isolated and identified as EPEC 2% of 055: K59 (B5) and EIEC 2% of 0124: K 72 (B17), While, Salmonella isolated from 2% of samples and identified as S.typhimurum...
