In: Assiut Veterinary Medical Journal 2008.v.54(118)Summary: Seventy five random samples of milk and some dairy products including raw milk, small scale ice cream and Talaga cheese (each of 25) were collected from different localities in Bani-Suef city. Pseudomonas species could be counted, isolated and identified on cetrimide agar and GSP agar at different counts and percentages, also the incidence and count of psychrotrophic organisms was determined.
