In: Assiut Veterinary Medical Journal 2006.v.52(111)Summary: One hundred and fifty samples of frozen quails were collected from markets in Port Said Governorate for microbiological analysis to assure their quality and safety. The samples were screened for aerobic colony count (ACC), Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococcus aureus counts and pathogen including Pseudomonas spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ecoli, E. coli 0157:H7, Salmonella. S. aureus and Campylobacter.
