In: Egyptian Journal of Agricultural Research 2006.v.84(4)Summary: The current investigation was carried out at the tissue culture Laboratory Technological Institution for Genetic and Molicular Engineering, Sadat branch, Monofia Univ., during 2004- 2005 seasons, aiming to explore the anatomical features of root and leaflets of 24 weeks old plantlets belong to three palm regulators cultivars namely, Gondila, Sewi and Zaghloul. The main obtained results were, all used growth regulators affected the internal structure of the studied anatomical traits to various extents.
