In: Zagazig Veterinary Journal 2005.v.33(1)Summary: Reproductive activity and productive performance of one male and 45 female dromedary camels were studied for three successive breeding seasons, during the years from 2000 to 2004. The number of service / conception, the first service after parturition (the service period) service intervals, the postpartum period and the calving interval, as well as the daily milk yield. Enter the lactation period and birth and weaning weights were studied. The photoperiod showed significant effect on the number of services / conception, first service after parturition, the postpartum period, calving interval, the total milk yield, daily milk and weaning weights.
