In: Veterinary Medical Journal 2005.v.53(3)Summary: A combined bivalent inactivated Vaccine against rabbit haemorrhagic disease and Rabbit cnterotoxaemia was prepared using aluminum hydroxide gel as an adjuvant. Efficacy of this vaccine comparing with monovalent ones against both disease was tested in 3 different groups of mature rabbit and a control group. Evaluation of humoral immune respons using the hemagglutination inhibition test for RHDV and serum neutralization test for C. pelji-illgells type A toxoid was carried out. morover a challenge test for RHDV was done.
