This experiment was conducted at the Poultry Experimental Station. Faculty of Agriculture. AI-Azhar University Nasr City. Cairo. Egypt. in order to study the effect of emulsifiers in high fat levels diets for Hubbard broiler chicks on growth performance. Two levels of fat addition were used over fat content in control diet (about 3%) namely; 5.0 (low) and 9.0% (high)of the diet, within each fat level three enlulsifiers levels \vere used namely; 0.0 (nil), 90 mg lecithin + 450 bile salts (low) and 180 mg lecithin + 900 bile salts (high) per kg. diet.
