In: Zagazig Veterinary Journal 2011.v.39(4)Summary: Stool samples were collected from 310 persons (154 diarrhoeic and 156 non- diarrhoeic) with different ages 1-12 years, 13-18years and >18years. The collected samples were obtained from persons attending Al-Ahrar general Hospital and Ultra private laboratory, Zagazig City, Sharkia province, Egypt. Also 150 (83 diarrhoeic and 67 non- diarrhoeic) faecal samples were collected from cattle calves < 6 months and 6-12 months old) in private farms at Hehia, Al- Ebrahymia and Fakous cities, Sharkia Province, Egypt. Faecal samples were examined by direct smear methods and concentration techniques.
