In: Al-Azhar journal of agricultural sciences sector research 2009.v.6Summary: This study was carried out at the Experimental Farm of the Ornamental Plants Research Department, Hort. Res. Inst., Giza, Egypt during the two successive seasons 2006 I 2007 and 2007/2008. The study aimed to investigate the effect of N, P and K fertilization (ammonium sulphate (20.6% N), calcium superphosphate (15% P₂O₅) and potassium sulphate (50% K₂O) respectively) in different ratios (0.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 glplant) added as soil drench, pinching at 5 Col. above ground surface, as well as the foliar spraying with ethrel (ethephon) at different concentrations of 0.0, 1500,3000 and 4500 ppm, on the flowering of goldenrod (Solidago hybrida. "Tara").
