In this research, each experiment includes 120 experimental units consisting of four fertilizer treatments as follows: 1- 0 , 2-5 ton Composted rice straw fha, 3- 165Kg N/ ha, 4-5 ton Compost rice straw! ha+ 165Kg N Iha and five storage periods (0,3,6,9,12)months on 2 cultivar ( hybrid, Sakha 105) on three replicate ,and the treatments distributed as follows Rice cultivars were allocated to main plots while fertilizers were allocated to sub plot and the storage periods were allocated to sub sub plot The results were summarized as follows : 1- organic fertilizer exceed the other fertilizer treatments by addition 5 ton Composted rice straw Iha to165Kg Nlha where it increase protein, Iron percentage and decrease the broken percentage in both- study seasons. 2- The best rice cultivar was Hybrid cultivar in both studied seasons for most character under this experiment. 3- The highest values for such characters were obtained by using twelve month storage period in both seasons. 4- The interaction among cultivar and fertilizer, cultivar and storage period, fertilizer and storage period significantly affected all previous characters(protein%, iron '%, broken%)in both seasons but concerning the interaction among cultivar and storage periods, fertilizers showed no significant effects on all these characters in this experiment in both seasons. From the results of this study it could be recommended the hybrid cultivar for the best production traits at 5ton composted rice straw Iha to 165kg nitrogen Iha and twelve month storage period .Such recommendation could be applied for any region has environmental conditions similar to those of Sakha Agriculture Research station farm Katr EI -Sheikh.
