Tell now the only known measures to control such pest is insecticide application and attractive traps. This system is almost so much expensive and produces environmental hazards. The aim of the newly initiated control measures presented in requested patent is to use a fish net of regular square holes with dimensions of (axa mm). This is technique could be one of the best mechanical method to confuse the adult weevils and prevent deposition of eggs by females. On the other hand according to the interlocking of the adulls with the net square opining it may be considered as a mechanical trap for catching adults.
