Two field experiments at EI-Serw Agriculture Research station to study the effect of some growth regulators application I.e. (Indol Acetic acid and Indol Butryic acid) on growth, yield of collon Giza 86 cultivar under saline soil condition dUring 2005 and 2006 season. Two methods of application was used soaking seeds (15 and 30ppm (IAA), 2.5 and 5 ppm (IBA)) or spraying plants at squaring stage or at start of flowering stage with IAA 40 ppm or IBA 20 ppm plus untreated, Seed of Giza 86 cullivar was soaked in 1M or IBA for 12 hours before sowing. The main results could be summarized as follows: Appncation of IAA and IBA were increased boll selling, seed cotton yield /plant and per feddan and decreased the shedding percentage of young bolls, while plant height, number of flowers, number of bolls/plant, selling percentage were significantly increased. In addition boll weight was not significant affected in both seasons. Under salinity soil, spraying cotton plants at squaring stage with IAA at concentration of 40 ppm produced the highest seed yield
