The fish were divided into equal six groups; each group contained three subgroups and fed on the six experimental diets for 12 weeks. The control diets 1,2 contained yellow corn without and with multienzyme supplementation . 50 % of corn protein was replaced by milling by- products (Mbp) and wheat past by- products (Wpb) without and with multienzyme supplementation. The results of this study revealed that, there was a significant difference in the final average body weight between fish groups. The best body gains and feed conversion were recorded in groups fed on diets supplemented with multienzymes- Fish group fed on diet contained milling by- products with enzymes supplementation recorded best growth performance than group fed on wheat past by products with also enzymes supplementation. The condition factor value indicates the good nutritional state of all fish groups. The survival rate did not differ among the fish groups and the macropathological examination did not reveal any pathological difference in the fish fed unconventional diets. The general healthy conditions of the fish were good and all tested fish able to responds positively to all tested reflexes especially escape reflex. The protein efficiency ratio, protein retention and protein productive value were better in groups fed diets supplemented with multienzymes. The results of this study revealed that milling by- products and wheat past byproducts can be used as corn replacer with enzymes supplementation in fish diets.
