Positive samples for CMT were subjected to bacteriological examinations where the percentage of S.aureus was 35.9%. Antibiotic sensitivity test was carried out against several drugs where 64.28% of Saureus isolates were resistant to penicillin. PCR protocol was applied for amplification and detection of both 16S rRNA and coagulase genes in 28 S. aureus isolates to confirm their diagnosis and their virulence.
