Two field experiments were carried out at Sakha Agricultural Research Station. In this investigation inoculated wheat grain cultivars Sakha 63, Triticum aestivum L., were cultivated in clayey soils during the two successive seasons of 1998/1999 and 1999/2000. The inoculation was done using phosphate dissolving bacterial strains namely Bacillus megatherium var.phosphaticum to study the effect of inoculation with different levels of superphosphate on microbiology of wheat rhizospherre. NPK uptake, and the plant growth as well as yield and yield components.
