The present work was directed to monitor health hazards impact of Egyptian agriculture workers occupationally exposed to pesticides at Ismailia Governorate during the summer of 2005. The obtained results proved that, the liver function parameters showed significant increase in several endogenous enzymes particularly the transaminases AST and ALT. No significant difference in liver function parameters was recorded between smokers and non-smokers workers, except the level of total protein which proved significantly increase in smokers. Alkaline phosphates enzyme was significantly increase in pesticides exposed workers compared with non-exposed group.
