The results revealed that a significant increase in final body weight, weight gain, weight gain percent, specific growth rate and globulin in Cyprinus carpio supplemented with Bacillus subtilis in feed (0.2 g. kg diet -1) than those applied in water (0.2 g.L -1) and control one (P< 0.05). phagocytosis and bactericidal activity in treated Cyprinus carpio with Bacillus subtilis were higher than control one.
