Samples were examined bacteriologically, seventy four sample (43.5%) were found to be positive for Escherichia coli that identified biochemically, thirty samples (17. 6%) were found to be positive for Salmonella species that identified biochemically and seven samples were detected serologically and eleven samples detected by PCR. Twenty three samples (13.5%) were found to be positive for Proteus mirabilis that identified by biochemical and serological tests.
