In: Mansoura University Journal of Plant Production 2011.v.2(12)Summary: The present research was carried out at experimental station of faculty of agriculture. Mansura University Dakahlia Governorate, Egypt, during successive season of 2011 to study the effed of some plant growth regulators treatments i.e. control, 1M at concentration of 6 ppm, GA3 at concentration of 10 ppm, 1M at 3 ppm + GA3 at 5 ppm and 1M at 6 ppm + GA3 at 10 ppm. and its soaking time i.e. at (10 minutes. 20 minutes and 30 minutes on some germination and vegetative parameters of some potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars i.e. Cara. Drags and Spunta.The main results could be summarized as follows: Concerning cuttivars performance, results showed that Cara cultivar recorded highest germination index followed by Spunta cultivar without significant differences between them.
