Two Field experiments were carried out at the experimental farm of the Faculty of Agricultural (Saba Basha), Alexandria University, at Abbees region, Alexandria, Egypt, during two successive seasons (2009/2010 and 2010/2011) to study the effect of organic, bioferti1izer in relation to plant distances on fennel plant (Foeniculum Vulgare, Mill). The experimental design was split-split plot with three replicates. The main plots were conducted for the three organic fertilzer levels, viz. 6, 9 and 12 m3 / fed., the subplots were occupied by the following three hill spacing (20, 40 and 60 cm), while the four inoculation treatments were uninoculation, Microbein, Cerealine and mixture (Microbein+ Cerealine) which were arranged in the sub-subplots. The main results could be summsrized as follows: (1) the cattle manure at level of 12 m3 / fed. gave the highest mean values of all studied characters, (2) increasing hill spacing to 60 cm, significantly increased yield and its components, essential oil % and total chlorophyll, N, P, K% in leaves, (3) the organic manure at 12 m3/ fed. with bill spacing (60 cm) and mixture biofertilizer (Microbein+ Cerealine) were the best combination to obtain the highest mean values of plant height, number of branches, No. of fruits, fresh and dry weight of fruits, total chlorophyll, essential oil % and N, P and K% for the Foeniculum Vulgare tested in this study.
