Twenty-one plant-parasitic nematode genera were found associated with citrus trees in the five surveyed governorates. The citrus nematode, T. semlpenetrans, was the most prevalent occurring at 99 % in the tested samples with an average number of 5539 juvenile / 250 cc soil.
