Macroscopically, the intestine, liver and spleen were congested .Necrotic foci 'of about 1-2 mm in diameter were seen on the hepatic surface. Bacterial isolation revealed ten bacterial isolates of Campylobacter jejuni. The isolates were identified morphology and biochemical with an incidence of 10%. The isolates were biotyped as biotype I (7) and biotype la (3) isolates.
