Madurarnycin and diclazuril were given in the feed of the birds at concentration of 5 ppm and 1 ppm respectively starting from two days before the infection to two weeks postinfection. Infection was performed with 25x10³ sporulated oocysts/bird/os for each isolate at two weeks of age.
