In: Alexandria Journal of Veterinary Science 2007.v.25(1)Summary: Seventy-five fresh molluscans and crustacia (Aom Elkholol, Gundovelli and Shrimp) were collected from retail markets In Alexandria Govenorate, the microbiological quality of samples were determined. The means of aerobic plate counts Incubated at 3SOC were 1.5x106, 9.9x105 and 5.4x104,the means of the MOst Probable Number of Coliforms were 1.6x102,1.2x102 and 0.1x102 and the means of staphylococcus aureus count were 2.6x103,2.4x103 and <102 for Aom Elkholol,Gundovelly and shrimp respectively.
