The Present work reported successful infection by V. Lecanii to the aphid Aphis craccivora. Pathogenicity test as well as the effect on some changes in certain biochemical components of treated nymphs were done. Results indicated that LC50 and LC90 were 0.85 x 107 and 2.7 x 107 spores/mL, respectively The tests proved reductions in total protein, fat, and- amylase enzyme.
