They were pooled and diluted in Tris based extender supplemented with or without Lamisil (10, 20 or 30 µg/ ml), Diflucan (30, 40 or 50 µg/ ml), Griseofulvin, Miconaz and Nizoral (50, 60 or 70 µg/ ml). Cooling and freezing of extended semen were done using IVM system. Percentages of motility after dilution, post thawing and acrosomal integrity as well as viability index of post thawing samples and at 5°C for 72 hours were subjectively assessed. Raw semen, frozen semen and Tris based extender examined mycologically.
