These samples were examined for incidence of different types of microorganisms, to evaluate their quality. The obtained results revealed that the average counts of APC, anaerobes, B. cereus and yeasts and molds were 9.5 x 10³, 0.4 x 10, 2.1 x 10 and 3.6 x 10³/g of examined samples of type A, respectively.
