The objective of this work was to investigate the effect of bioferlilizers in combination with different rates of chemical fertilizers on growth characters, yield component and chemical COnstituents of Hibiscus sabdariffa L plant. The biofertilizers were used as seeds inoculation with Microbein, Phosphorein and Halex2. The biofertilizers were used under 0, 25, 50 and 100% of recommended dose (RO) of chemical fertilizers (NPK). The obtained results showed that using biofertilizers inoculation separately or when combined with chemical fertilizers significantly improved growth characters and increased sepal's yield of roselle plant compared to the control in the two experimental seasons.
