In: Egyptian Poultry Science Journal 2011.v.31(III)Summary: The main problem of the study in that most of the existing production in the field of fattening poultry lack a 101 of experiences and informal ion in the use the factors of production efficient technical and economic required and so the study aims 10 measure the productive efficiency and economic fattening farms chicken Enhanced (SASO) Gharbia Governorate sample .field Sil/dy. The adopted curriculum research for the study of two methods os statistic analysis descriptive and statistical inference has been calculated the relative importance and the averages of the variables the technical and economic issues related to the study indicators of production performance and standards of economic efficiency to identify the productive efficiency and economic farms produce broilers Municipal Enhanced (SASO). Also adopted a search on the two types of data secondary data and primary data that were 'collected to conduct a field survey of Gharbia Governorate were selected by multistage random sample of farms' producing broilers Municipal Enhanced (SASO) center,and village of the Gharhia Goverernorate , sample was selected at the level of the centers according to the relative importance of the total county. Reaching the relative importance of central Tanta and Resion selected about 34. 6%, 3 J.(i% respectively, Were also selected villages and .sample represented in the chicken broilers Municipal Enhanced style preview random, The study found many of the technical and economic results can be summarized as follows:
