In vitro treatments off fresh flower extracts of Delanix regia, Salvia farinaceae, Salvia splendens, Bauhinia variegata, Lantana camara, Pelargonium graveolens, Narium oleander, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Vinka rosa, Bougainvilla spp., canna indica, Tagetes erecta, Petunia hybrida, Tropaeolum nasturtium and Gerbera jamesonii , were significantly toxic to M incognita larvae. Larval mortality was in direct proportion with concentration artd time of expauser. In vivo treatments number off formed galls and eggmasses on tomato roots were significantly reduced with the added dried chopped flowers at 1, 2, 3% w/w. The higher concentrations were phytotoxic to tomato plants.
