The results revealed that, optimum operations conditions were obtained at 240 rpm cracking cylinder speed, space between the cylinders ( clearance) of8 mm and average moisture content 8% . At this level the cracking efficiency of90 %. the percentage uncracked of 5 % the mechanical damage of 5 %. consumed energy of48 kW.h / ton and cost ofcost 200 L E/ton.
