All growth substances increased fresh and dry weights of fennel shoots. Ethrel and kinetin increased stem and peduncle diameters, number of glandular canals. dimensions of schizocarp, endosperm and vitta as well as number of vitta in fennel fruits. It is interesting to state that, GA3 decreased most of these characters.
