In: Mansoura University Journal of Food and Dairy Sciences 2010.v.1(1)Summary: In the present study on effect of feeding raw wheat germ, microwave treated wheat germ, g.ammairradiated wheat germ, and fermented wheat germ on Interferon gamma (IFN-y ) and Interleukin 10 (IL-10) in serum of rats were investigated. The data indicated that treated and untreated wheat germ had significant increase in (IFN-y) level in the serum of rats.
