In: The Second International Conference of Economic Entomology 2007.v.2Summary: This study was carried out at the apiary of the College of Agriculture. Kafr El-Sheikh University, to study the effect of combs age on honey production. physical and chemical properties. Sixteen honey bee colonies were divided into four groups according to age of combs (l, 2, 3 and 4-years old). The highest amount of honey yield was harvested from colonies contained 1-year old combs.
