Pre-storage tested fruits were soaked in vitamin C solutions at 0.5 and 1.0 gL-1 or vitamin 812 solutions at 0.5 and 1.0 mgL-1 for 12 hr. Changes on these characteristics were determined on stored fruits at 5-day-intervals.
