The application of two concentrations of ethanol was evaluated on "Helwany" table grape cultivar in two successive seasons during cold storage. Ethanol was applied by fumigation 75% and 100% from absolute ethanol, and 8 ml kg'l in fumigation chamber for 30 mints were applied.
